North East Contractors is currently looking to hire 46 motivated Door-to-Door Canvassers / Outside Sales Representatives to join our growing team. About The Position This is a FULL TIME position that focuses on generating leads and scheduling FREE roof inspections and estimates for homeowners. Responsibilities

• Generate leads by canvassing neighborhoods and offering free roof inspections and estimates
• Schedule appointments for homeowners interested in our services
• Perform local field marketing initiatives and community outreach
• Track and analyze sales and marketing metrics
• Maintain accurate records using our internal CRM and databases
• Participate in ride-alongs and field shadowing for ongoing training
• Represent the company professionally while interacting with homeowners
• Collaborate with management and other departments to improve processes and results
• Lead by example with performance and behavior aligned with company standards What We Offer

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners door-to-door
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to work outdoors and walk neighborhoods
