Position Summary

We're looking for a Bilingual energetic and personable individuals to join our team as an In-store sales associate. In this full-time, on-site position, you'll represent featured brands inside retail locations by connecting with shoppers, sharing product information, and helping create a positive customer experience. If you enjoy interacting with people, working in a collaborative environment, and developing professional communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a friendly, respectful, and professional manner.
• Introduce shoppers to featured products and current promotional campaigns.
• Explain product features and benefits in a clear and informative way.
• Help create an inviting and organized promotional space.
• Answer customer questions using company-provided training.
• Support daily promotional activities while maintaining company standards.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve department objectives.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and training sessions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Bilingual
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working in a retail environment and interacting with a variety of customers.
• Positive attitude with a dependable work ethic.
• Ability to learn new information and adapt to changing priorities.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or promotions is welcomed but not required.
