Description: The Marketing Representative acts as ambassador for the company by building relationships and modeling our impeccable service standards throughout Pima County. Typical duties of the position may include:
• Applying a systematic sales approach to consistently acquire new business by growing relationships with real estate agents, lenders, investors, and builders.
• Networking with potential and existing clients by attending events such as association meetings, office visits, lunch & learns, open house visits, etc.
• Researching new tools to increase business, leads, and visibility within our market. The Marketing Representative may be assigned additional tasks in support of the department's goals.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience
• Knowledge of the real estate industry
• Knowledge of title and escrow practices, terminology Skills and Abilities:
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Ability to organize and manage time effectively
• Disciplined, self-starter mentality with appreciation for autonomy
