Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable services
• Conduct service demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase features and benefits effectively
• Manage territory accounts by developing strategic plans for territory sales growth and maintaining strong client relationships
• Generate leads targeted marketing campaigns to expand our customer base
• Negotiate terms with customer and clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that foster long-term partnerships
• Up-sell additional services to existing customers to maximize revenue opportunities
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track customer interactions, manage accounts, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement This is an entry level position geared toward an individual eager to learn and develop skills such as the following:
• Customer or client communications experience in a face paced environment
• Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities for customer service and account management
• Familiarity with CRM softwares for lead generation and pipeline management
• Ability to conduct demos confidently and effectively communicate technical information
• Demonstrated success in sales management, business development, and territory expansion initiatives
