Real Estate Acquisition Specialist (Commission-Only, Outside Sales)

Compensation

Commission-Only Role (No Base Salary) 15% commission per closed assignment Average assignment fee: $22,000+

• Typical closers complete 35 transactions per month Annual earnings for consistent performers exceed $80,000 Note: Earnings are performance-based and not guaranteed.

About the Role

We are a real estate investment company seeking an experienced sales closer to meet with homeowners, negotiate purchase contracts, and secure properties for acquisition. This is a high-accountability, high-commission role designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, short sales cycles and prefer performance-based compensation. This position involves in-home appointments , phone prospecting, and follow-up with motivated sellers. You will be responsible for closing deals both from company-provided, pre-vetted leads and self-generated opportunities. What You'll Be Doing

• Meet homeowners in person and present cash purchase offers
• Close deals in a short sales cycle / one-call close environment
• Analyze property values and estimated repair costs
• Follow up consistently with motivated sellers
• Generate your own leads in addition to company-provided opportunities
• Travel within a 1-hour radius of the Phoenix Metro area for appointments What We're Looking For This role is best suited for a true hunter with a proven sales background and the discipline to work independently. You should:

They typically don't require someone else to tell them what to do. Required Experience Minimum 2 years of real estate investing or acquisition sales experience
• Prior experience buying or selling homes in a wholesale or investor environment
• Demonstrated history of earning six-figure commission income
