Autoworx East End is is looking for a dynamic Service Advisor / Front End Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be the face of our shopbuilding trust, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing front-of-house operations to ensure our clients have a seamless experience from drop-off to pick-up.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Customer Experience: Greet clients warmly, listen to their automotive concerns, and act as the primary liaison between the customer and our service technicians.
• Service Advising & Sales: Clearly explain diagnostic findings, estimated costs, and repair options to clients. Confidently present service recommendations without high-pressure tactics to build long-term trust.
• Front-of-House Management: Oversee the daily flow of the front office, schedule repair appointments, answer phone calls with excellent telephone etiquette, and manage check-ins and vehicle pick-ups.
• Workflow Coordination: Work closely with the shop foreman and technicians to monitor repair progress and provide timely status updates to clients.
• Transactions & Admin: Process invoices, handle payments accurately through our shop management software, and maintain organized customer service records.

Qualifications

& Skills:

• Experience: Proven customer service, front-desk management, or sales experience (automotive service advising or service writing experience is highly preferred, but we will train the right personality).
• Communication Mastery: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, client-friendly terms.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient with computers, scheduling software, and modern Point of Sale (POS) or shop management systems.
• Organizational Powerhouse: Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in a busy shop environment.
• A Clean Driving Record: Valid driver's license required to move client vehicles if needed. What We Offer:
• Competitive Pay: Base Salary plus commision and profit sharing. $52,000.00 $85,000.00 per year with room to grow.
