Overview

You'll work inside an established Farmers agency, learning how to generate new business, support clients, and build core insurance knowledge while receiving ongoing coaching and training. Responsibilities

:

• Provide quotes, pricing, and product information to prospective and existing clients
• Meet new business goals by working leads and generating new opportunities
• Follow Farmers guidelines for quoting, applications, and sales procedures
• Build relationships through outreach, networking, and community involvement
• Participate in training, coaching, and skill development sessions

Requirements

:

• Ability to obtain (or currently hold) Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses
• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable speaking with customers
• Motivated to learn, grow, and take feedback
• Strong communication and follow-through
• Must pass a background and credit check
