What You'll Do

(The Role): As a critical supervisor on our marketing team, you won't just manageyou will inspire. You will be responsible for building and guiding a high-energy team of door-to-door lead generators.

• Recruit & Build: Help source, interview, and onboard a stellar team of field marketers.
• Train & Coach: Lead by example, training your team on proven field-marketing and communication strategies.
• Motivate & Drive Results: Keep team morale high, tracking daily performance to ensure company and personal targets are smashed.
