Job Summary

: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team in a retail setting, specializing in the sale and coordination of projects related to fireplaces, stone, and brick. As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in showcasing our products, educating customers and building contractors about their features, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.

Duties

:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services.
• Provide compelling product demonstrations, highlighting key features and customization options.
• Guide customers through the selection process, explaining various customizable features and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Answer any installation questions related to our installation offers.
• Offer insights into warranty coverage and replacement part options to enhance customer confidence in their purchases.
• Process customer orders both in person and over the phone, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels as quotes and orders are placed to guarantee product availability, coordinating with the inventory management team as necessary.
• Answering phones, emails, and assisting other team members.
• Meet or exceed Monthly sales numbers, showroom coverage numbers, and customer satisfaction scores.
• Type quotes and meet quote deadlines, assisting in communicating delivery and installation schedules to relevant departments.
• Throughout the selling process, clearly explain product differentiation to customers and effectively make sales by understanding their needs and providing solutions.
• Return phone calls in a timely manner and maintain an organized workflow.
• Keep up to date on our product availability and changes within the industry.

Qualifications

and Skills:

• Must be punctual and consistently show up on time.
• Highly proficient in computer skills, including using/learning Microsoft Business Central, ServiceM8 and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to actively listen to customers and address their needs.
• Strong team player with a willingness to collaborate and assist colleagues as needed. Pay:
• Base salary 37,500/yr + plus commissions.
• Commission rates: Our commission rates are 20% of the profit per invoice.
• Unlimited Earning Potential: With our commission structure, your earning potential is unlimited. Your success directly contributes to your income growth. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, Rotating Saturday Mornings, 7:30-Noon Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
