Overview

: Melzer' Fuel Service is a 50 year old family owned business with locations in three states. Opportunity in the Pittsburgh, PA area to sell fuel (diesel/gasoline) to commercial end users. At Melzer's our competitive advantage is utilizing technology solutions to make doing business easy, and solve customers challenges. Prior experience in equipment/heavy truck and or transportation industries helpful.

Responsibilities

• A self starter and able to work without direct supervision.
• Previous sales experience in the auto parts industry a plus.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective negotiation and customer service.
• Conduct outside sales calls to identify new business opportunities and manage existing accounts - average 20 calls/day
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for sales analysis and presentations.
• Provide technical support and product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and drive sales growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate sales records.
• Achieve goal for daily calls made and weekly new gallons delivered. Job Type: Full-time

Compensation

: Base plus uncapped commission Additional

Reporting to the VP of Sales, your core skills in negotiation, customer service, and sales will be essential in achieving targets. Your premium skills in outside sales, account management, and business development will enable you to identify new opportunities and expand our market presence. Additionally, your proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, along with mechanical knowledge, will support your efforts in delivering effective product demonstrations and presentations.
