• Recruit - Build your rookie sales team by leveraging an active recruiting system that represents a consistent company investment, bringing in 5 to 15 trained rookies every month ready to knock doors and sell on full commission from day one.
• Coach - Train, ride along with, and develop team members through hands-on field leadership.
• Build - Create a repeatable canvassing operation that generates qualified inspections and long-term market growth.
• Own - Manage territory performance, conduct reviews, and develop the systems needed to scale a high-performing team. This is a player-coach leadership role. Early success comes from leading by example, selling in the field, and creating a culture where new representatives can become consistent producers. EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH
• Base Salary - $50,000 annually for stability while building a new market operation.
• Team Override - Earn a 2% revenue share on all sales generated through your canvassing team.
• Launch Opportunity - Earn up to an additional $15,000 through an enhanced override structure during your first six months as you build production and scale the team.
