This Isn't a Sales Job. It's a Calling. At The Springs of Scottsdale, we are looking for a dynamic, experienced Senior Living Sales & Marketing Director. At Stellar Senior Living, we refer to this role as Family Advisors because that's exactly what they are. When a family walks through our doors, they're not shopping for a product. They're making one of the most emotional, complex decisions of their lives. Your job is to guide them through it with honesty, expertise, and genuine care. If you've been in senior living sales and you're ready to lead or if you're in hospitality or event sales and you've always wanted work that actually means something read on. What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of senior living sales experience
• Will consider: hospitality management, hotel sales, property management, event sales if you can build relationships and close with integrity, we want to talk
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not required)
• A track record you're proud of occupancy numbers, conversion rates, relationships built
• An engaging, warm personality that makes people feel at ease in hard moments
• A genuine love for seniors and the people who care for them What You'll Get
• Base salary range: $65,000 to $85,000, depending on experience

• Plan and execute events that connect The Springs to the broader Scottsdale community
