Big Sky Wood Products is a custom cabinetry, interior door, and millwork sales company serving the Gallatin Valley and surrounding areas. In addition to custom cabinetry, we also sell millwork, interior doors, hardware, and custom closet systems for residential and commercial projects. We are currently seeking a Cabinet Sales & Design Specialist to join our growing team. Position

Overview

The Cabinet Sales & Design Specialist will work directly with homeowners, builders, and contractors to design, quote, and sell custom cabinetry, hardware, and closet systems. This role blends design, sales, and project coordination and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with clients while paying close attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to discuss cabinetry, millwork, door, hardware, and closet system needs
• Create cabinet and space designs using design software
• Prepare accurate quotes and proposals
• Coordinate designs with production to ensure accuracy and buildability
• Communicate with clients, builders, and contractors throughout the project
• Assist with material and finish selections
• Maintain organized project and client records
• Support projects from initial design through install

Qualifications

• Experience in cabinet sales, kitchen/bath design, or construction preferred
• Strong understanding of cabinetry or building concepts
• Ability to use or learn cabinet design software
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Valid driver's license
