Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Branch Sales & Operations Representative to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage directly with customers, promote security solutions, and support smooth branch operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong customer relationships through outstanding service. This role is more sales-focused than office/administrative work , and strong industry knowledge within security products and solutions is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers visiting or calling the branch, providing professional and friendly assistance.
• Promote and sell security solutions and services , including security system installation, CCTV systems, alarm systems, access control solutions, fire system monitoring, and equipment servicing , based on customer needs while supporting revenue growth.
• Manage daily branch operations including scheduling appointments, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer experiences and resolve service issues promptly.
• Conduct follow-up communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
• Assist with inventory management by tracking equipment supplies and coordinating orders as needed.
• Support marketing and outreach initiatives through community events and promotional activities.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service , sales , or related customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with point-of-sale systems or CRM software.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Additional sales or security industry certifications are a plus.
