We're looking for a Patient Engagement & Sales Coordinator who is passionate about building relationships, creating exceptional experiences, and confidently educating patients about the products, services, and memberships that can help them reach their health goals. This is not a typical front desk position. What You'll Do

Every day is different, but you can expect to:

• Welcome every patient with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm.
• Build relationships that make patients feel known, valued, and excited to return.
• Educate patients about James Clinic memberships, services, supplements, and wellness offerings.
• Listen to patients' goals and help connect them with solutions that meet their needs.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate patient visits.
• Answer phones, emails, and patient questions with confidence and compassion.
• Process purchases and maintain accurate patient information.
• Collaborate closely with providers, nurses, and other team members to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
• Keep the front office organized, professional, and welcoming.
• Help patients navigate their care while creating a five-star experience from beginning to end.

• Consultative or relationship-based sales

• Concierge services
• Medical reception
• Wellness or fitness industry
• Retail leadership
• Aesthetic or med spa environments Healthcare experience is helpful but not required. We can teach healthcare. We can't teach someone to genuinely love serving people. What Success Looks Like The ideal candidate will:
