You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. • Achieve goals and measurables by writing new property and casualty insurance from leads that are provided by the agency.
• Managing a pipeline in our agency's account management system, following up with all prospects accordingly
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals, ensuring accurate underwriting of new and existing polices
• Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products and rules for our industry
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions QUALIFICATIONS:
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred. REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have or be able to obtain Alabama P&C; and L&H; insurance licenses
• Must be committed to operating ethically and be a team player
