What This Role Looks Like This role is designed to develop into a high-performing jewelry sales career with significant earning potential. New team members are introduced to multiple areas of the business before transitioning fully into advanced sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

may include:

• Greeting and assisting clients
• Building long-term customer relationships
• Repair intake and customer communication
• Administrative and operational support
• Merchandising and sales support
• Learning jewelry products and repair processes
• Assisting with polishing and shop support
• Supporting day-to-day store operations As training progresses, team members transition into higher-level sales opportunities with uncapped earning potential. What We're Looking For Preferred qualities include:

Compensation
