We are an established industrial machinery company looking for a motivated, organized, and dependable individual to join our growing team. We are a small, family owned business with over 50+ years' experience. Our business specializes in buying and selling pre-owned industrial machinery, representing leading manufacturers of new equipment, brokering machinery for customers, and supporting clients throughout the purchasing and installation process. Every day is different, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and learning new skills. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing many hats and wants to become an important part of a small, team-oriented company. Experience in our industry is not required, we are willing to train the right person. This is not a typical desk job! You'll have the opportunity to work with fascinating industrial equipment, interact with customers around the world, visit our large showroom and warehouse, and become part of a company with decades of experience in the machinery industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist with email marketing campaigns (Constant Contact)
• Help maintain and update our company website
• Communicate with customers regarding ongoing orders and project status
• Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors
• Assist with customer inquiries and sales support
• Help organize marketing materials and online listings
• Support other team members with day-to-day business operations
• Perform various administrative and operational tasks as needed We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

• Comfortable learning technical products and machinery
• A strong communicator (phone and email)
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• A team player who enjoys helping others
• Computer proficient
• Familiar with website management, email marketing, or social media (preferred but not required)
• Able to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with marketing or customer service
• Experience using Microsoft Office
• Experience with Constant Contact, website editing, or CRM software is a plus
• Mechanical or technical aptitude is a plus, but not required What We Offer
