Duties

• Conduct outbound door-to-door visits to introduce products and services to prospective customers
• Engage in consultative selling by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions
• Utilize sales technology tools such as CRM software (Customer Relationship Management) systems like Salesforce to track interactions and follow-ups
• Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude during all customer interactions
• Use warm calling techniques to generate interest and set appointments for follow-up discussions
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand current campaigns and incorporate messaging effectively during outreach

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, especially in business-to-business (B2B) or technical sales environments
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication and phone skills for outbound calling
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines
• Demonstrated ability in telemarketing, inside sales, or technology sales roles with a focus on deal closing
• Business development experience with a track record of generating new leads through direct outreach
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly during face-to-face interactions
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus but not required
