Automotive Sales Consultant Location: Easton, MA Job Type: Full-Time We are seeking a professional, customer-focused, and motivated Automotive Sales Consultant to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping customers find the right vehicle, building lasting relationships, and achieving sales goals in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process, from initial inquiry to delivery.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle options.
• Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to generate repeat and referral business.
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, vehicle features, financing options, and promotions.
• Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and sales activities.
• Work closely with finance, service, and management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance objectives.
• Maintain compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations.
