Rooftop Designs is a leading home improvement company specializing in roofing, replacement windows, siding, doors, gutters, and bathroom remodeling. As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners, conduct professional in-home consultations, and recommend customized home improvement solutions that fit each customer's needs. Responsibilities

• Run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeownersno cold calling or door knocking required.
• Conduct professional in-home consultations to identify each homeowner's needs.
• Present customized solutions for roofing, replacement windows, siding, doors, gutters, and bathroom remodeling.
• Prepare same-day estimates, explain financing options, and close sales during the appointment.
• Participate in ongoing coaching, ride-alongs, and sales training with your Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• Previous in-home sales or home improvement sales experience preferred.
• Comfortable working in a commission-based sales environment.
• Ability to travel within approximately 100 miles of your assigned office.
• Comfortable working evenings and Saturdays as business needs require.
• Basic computer and tablet proficiency.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check.
