Field Supervisor / Sales Consultant Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Clean Up Join Our Team! Operating in Fayetteville, NC , Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Clean Up is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Field Supervisor / Sales Consultant to join our growing team. Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to assess plumbing and water mitigation needs.
• Build trust with customers by providing honest recommendations and solutions.
• Prepare estimates and explain repair or restoration options.
• Follow up on leads and maintain excellent customer communication.
• Coordinate with field technicians to ensure jobs are completed successfully.
• Help supervise field operations and maintain high-quality customer service.
• Work closely with office staff and management to achieve team goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous sales experience (in-home sales preferred).
• Experience in plumbing, restoration, construction, or a related field is a plus.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
