Now Hiring: In-House Sales Representative Automotive Accessories Location: American Topper & Accessories, Des Moines, IA Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site Pay: Base Salary + Monthly sales bonus Do you have a passion for vehicles and a knack for sales? Join our in-house team and help customers find the perfect accessories to personalize and protect their trucks, vans and UTV's. We're looking for a motivated and personable Sales Representative to work on-site and drive revenue by connecting customers with top-quality automotive products. What You'll Be Doing:

• Greet walk-in customers and answer phone inquiries about our automotive accessories
• Learn and demonstrate deep product knowledge across our full range of offerings (truck bed covers, grille guards, lighting, ladder racks, etc.)
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions
• Process sales transactions and maintain accurate customer records
• Follow up with leads generated through website, social media, and marketing campaigns
• Help maintain showroom appearance and product displays
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

What You Bring

:

• Experience in retail or in-house sales (automotive background is a big plus)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Enthusiasm for cars, trucks, and vehicle upgrades
• A positive attitude and team-focused mindset
• Strong work ethic
• Basic computer skills (experience with POS or CRM systems a plus) Perks &
