Job Summary

Full Service Window & Glass Company aggressively hiring for a full time Customer Service + Inside Sales Representative at our order desk. We strive for exceptional customer service and are looking for an individual who is honest, hard working, and willing to go the extra mile for our customers and our business.

Duties

include, but are not limited to; answering incoming phones, opening up warranty tickets with suppliers, data input into CRM software + excel spreadsheets, quoting repair costs, scheduling appointments + final measures, and following up with customers to provide details and updates on their order/quote.

Qualifications

and Skills Required - Customer service (10 years minimum) - Industry experience (windows, glass, screens, etc) - 5 years minimum - Basic math skills - Ability to multi-task and be a team player - Must have a positive + upbeat attitude
