Full description of the position

What You Will Do

:

• Design, sell, and guide clients through the installation process
• Run inhome and inshowroom design consultations
• Ask lifestyle, function, and style questions to uncover needs
• Accurately measure spaces and document site conditions
• Use any CAD software you are comfortable with (Mozaik, 2020, Cabinet Vision, AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) to produce layouts & 3D renderings
• Present designs and close the sale confidently
• Prepare detailed selections, pricing, and proposals
• Handoff closed design packets to the production team
• Communicate clearly with clients, installers, and project management Lead Flow:
• Cabinet Worx provides the majority of leads
• You will also be encouraged to build your own pipeline through:
• Referrals
• Realtors
• Builders
• Remodelers
• Architects and designers
• Neighborhood projects and repeat clients Top performers in this industry routinely grow a six-figure income by generating their own relationships on top of inbound leads.

Requirements

:

• Inhome sales experience (kitchens, closets, home remodeling, home improvement, organization systems, flooring, windows, etc.)
• Ability to close sales facetoface
• Existing proficiency in any CAD design software
• Understanding of remodeling, construction, or interior design
• Strong communication and followthrough
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

:

• Previously experience at California Closets, Closet Factory, Closets By Design, Manor House, Kitchens, or similar organizations
• Relationships with builders, designers, architects, or remodelers
• Portfolio of completed projects

Compensation

:

• Base salary range: $40,000$55,000
• Commission on sales
• Bonuses for achieving design and sales milestones
• OTE for strong performers: $85,000$120,000+
