About Us

New Town Graphics is a growing custom apparel company specializing in screen printing, embroidery, direct-to-film printing, promotional products, and online company stores. We partner with businesses, schools, churches, municipalities, and organizations throughout North Carolina to provide high- quality branded apparel backed by exceptional customer service. We're looking for a motivated Account Executive to help us continue our growth by building relationships and bringing new customers to New Town Graphics.

What You'll Do

Your primary responsibility is generating new business. You'll spend your time building relationships, meeting with prospective customers, networking, and introducing organizations to New Town Graphics.

Responsibilities

include:

• Prospect new business through cold calling, email, networking, referrals, and in-person visits
• Build relationships with local businesses, schools, churches, municipalities, contractors, and organizations
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer needs
• Prepare quotes and present solutions
• Follow up consistently to close opportunities
• Transition new customers to an Account Manager after the initial sale while remaining involved in the relationship
• Periodically check in with customers to identify new opportunities
• Represent New Town Graphics professionally within the community

Compensation

• Base salary + commission

Qualifications

Required:

• Sales experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Strong communication skills
• Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software Preferred:
• B2B sales experience
