What You'll Do

• Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, and corporate decision-makers.
• Conduct site walks and collaborate customized service solutions.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure a successful client transition.
• Represent UBM at industry events and networking opportunities. What We're Looking For
• Proven success in B2B sales or business development.
• Experience in commercial janitorial, facility services, commercial real estate, or a related industry is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Self-starter with a competitive mindset and a passion for winning. What We Offer
