Craftsmen In Wood, Mfg is a small privately held manufacturer of high-end custom wood doors. Our high-end products are specialized for multi million dollar custom homes. Direct sales to the trades only: Builders, Architects & Designers.

Job Description

The Outside Sales Rep position is an entry level position that is responsible for completing comprehensive quotes & field measurements. Accuracy and detail orientated is a must. Outside Sales Rep is responsible for customer service, to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Must be able to do out-of-state travel 50% of the time to the assigned territory. Will train, no experience required. 1 year training prior to beginning to travel to an Outside Sales territory. This year includes 3 months of CIW product training plus 7 months as an Inside Sales Rep to gain industry knowledge. Most orders take up to a 6 months - 1 year to close.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree preferred - Knowledge of home building is a plus - Excellent communication skills - Strong work ethic with ability to self-manage daily work & travel schedule - Attention to detail and accuracy - Organized - High energy relative to generating sales - Comfortable with cold calling - Customer service: ability to professionally resolve customer issues Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 per year
