Mercedes-Benz of West Chester is looking for a Service BDC Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have dynamic customer service skills, and excellent written and verbal communications ability.

Compensation

commensurate with experience. This position offers full training, base pay, and incentives for customer satisfaction. • Responding to internet and phone inquiries
• Answering customer questions
• Scheduling appointments for the dealership
• Coordination with our Sales and Service Team
