Sales Support Associate Looking for a full-time opportunity where you can work with people, learn valuable sales skills, and grow with a company that promotes from within? Join our team as a Sales Support Associate representing LeafGuard throughout Pennsylvania. No previous experience is required, we provide paid, hands-on training and ongoing support from day one. As a Sales Support Associate, you'll meet customers face-to-face, introduce LeafGuard's gutter protection system, answer questions, and schedule free in- home consultations for interested customers. Every conversation is an opportunity to help homeowners protect their homes while building your own career.

What You'll Do

as a Sales Support Associate

• Meet with customers throughout Pennsylvania and introduce LeafGuard's gutter protection system.
• Start friendly conversations, answer questions, and explain how LeafGuard helps reduce gutter maintenance.
• Schedule free, no-obligation in-home consultations for interested homeowners.
• Build trust through positive, professional customer interactions.
• Work alongside a supportive team to achieve daily and weekly goals.
• Participate in ongoing training designed to strengthen your communication, customer service, and leadership skills. What We're Looking For in a Sales Support Associate
• Outgoing personality with confidence speaking face-to-face with new people.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a goal-oriented environment.
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful, but not required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally throughout Pennsylvania.
