Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. Ability to obtain necessary insurance licenses within a specified timeframe. Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software. A genuine desire to help others and build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking policyholders, offering exceptional service and support. Assist potential customers in understanding their insurance needs and recommend appropriate State Farm products. Process policy changes, payments, and customer inquiries accurately and efficiently. Build and maintain strong relationships with policyholders, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with the agent to develop strategies for reaching and serving the Spanish-speaking community. Stay up-to-date on State Farm products, services, and industry trends.
