What You'll Do

:

• Generate new residential customers through canvassing efforts
• Educate homeowners about our pest control services and solutions
• Build rapport and establish trust with prospective customers
• Follow proven sales systems and processes
• Track activity and maintain a consistent sales pipeline What We're Looking For:

• Reliable follow-through and personal accountability
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic No pest control experience required. If you've sold before, you'll likely ramp up quickly. If not, we'll train you.

• 100% Commission-Based Position
• Average commission of $175 paid upfront per sale
• Additional $50 paid after 6 months per retained customer
