Are you a natural closer who thrives on building new business from the ground up? Do you have the drive to pick up the phone, knock on doors, and turn conversations into long-term partnerships? AAA Forklift Material Handling Inc. is a fast-growing forklift dealership and service provider serving Northern California's logistics, warehouse, and distribution industry. We're looking for a results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team and generate new B2B accounts through cold calling, prospecting, and relationship building.

What You'll Do

• Hunt for new B2B customers daily through cold calls, in-person visits, and networking.
• Build relationships with warehouse managers, logistics companies, manufacturers, and distribution centers.
• Promote forklift sales, rentals, and service contracts.
• Set appointments, deliver presentations, and close deals.
• Track and manage leads in our CRM system.
• Work with leadership to develop growth strategies and hit monthly sales goals. What We're Looking For
• Proven cold calling or B2B sales experience (logistics, industrial, material handling, or related field a plus).
• Hunter's mentality self-motivated, persistent, and not afraid of rejection.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally.
