Help Build One of Central Florida's Premier Specialty Dental Practices Beltran Periodontics is seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven Business Development & Referral Relationship Manager to expand our network of referring dentists and help drive the continued growth of one of Central Florida's leading periodontal specialty practices. This is not a traditional sales position. We are looking for someone who enjoys building long-term professional relationships, educating providers, creating strategic partnerships, and representing our practice with professionalism and enthusiasm throughout the dental community. What You'll Do

As our Business Development & Referral Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for growing referrals and strengthening relationships with general dentists and other healthcare providers throughout Central Florida.

Responsibilities

include:

• Develop and execute a strategic referral growth plan for your assigned territory.
• Build lasting relationships with general dentists, specialists, and dental office teams.
• Schedule and conduct in-person office visits to educate referral partners about our services and providers.
• Introduce new doctors, technology, and treatment capabilities to referral offices.
• Identify new referral opportunities and convert prospective offices into active referral partners.
• Represent Beltran Periodontics at dental meetings, networking events, study clubs, and community events.
• Coordinate lunch-and-learn presentations and continuing education opportunities.
• Gather feedback from referring offices to improve the overall referral experience.
• Work closely with doctors and leadership to develop referral growth strategies.
• Track activities, referral trends, and business development opportunities using CRM software.
• Analyze referral data and identify opportunities for continued growth.
• Maintain a consistent presence within the dental community while serving as an ambassador for the Beltran brand.
• Convert Potential patients into patients
• Conduct Consultations to The Beltran Standards Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who naturally builds relationships and enjoys helping practices grow. You may be an excellent fit if you have experience in:
• Dental sales
• Medical device sales
• Healthcare business development
• Pharmaceutical sales
• Dental practice consulting
• Practice management
• Outside B2B sales
• Relationship management

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of outside sales or business development experience.
• Dental or healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build long-term business relationships.
• Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with leadership.
• Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. What Success Looks Like The ideal candidate will:
