Compensation

: Base salary + commission (high earning potential)

What You'll Do

• Generate new leads through residential door-to-door sales
• Manage follow-ups, customer communication, and scheduling from home
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Represent our brand with professionalism and integrity
• Meet sales goals and help expand our local customer base

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of pest control industry sales experience (required)
• Valid pest control license
• Proven track record of successful sales performance
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with strong time-management abilities
