Outside Sales Representative Facility Services A growing national facility services company is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to develop new business throughout the Philadelphia market. This is a field-based sales role focused on building relationships with commercial property managers, facility managers, and other decision-makers who purchase window cleaning and related building services. Opportunity Highlights

What You'll Do

• Develop new commercial accounts throughout Philadelphia area
• Build relationships with property and facility managers
• Prospect, network, conduct site visits, and close new business
• Prepare proposals and maintain a strong sales pipeline Ideal Background
• 2+ years of successful outside sales experience
• Comfortable prospecting and managing a territory
• Motivated, competitive, and relationship-driven Pay: Up to $115,000.00 per year
