Inside Sales Representative - Membership Renewals Call Dad

• Earning Potential:
• $30+/hr with performance pay (Yes you can absolutely earn more when you help our members stay protected and taken care of.)

What You'll Do

• You'll be the heartbeat of our membership program the person who ensures our Family First members feel valued, supported, and taken care of yearround.
• Your responsibilities include: Growing our membership program through new signups, renewals, and winbacks
• Following up quickly on inbound membership inquiries
• Spotting membership opportunities in service calls and replacement estimates
• Preventing avoidable cancellations by resolving payment or renewal issues
• Working atrisk, inactive, and canceled lists to recover members
• Protecting recurring revenue by keeping membership data accurate
• Handling escalated membership concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Tracking trends and alerting leadership to risks or opportunities
• Keeping clean, organized records in ServiceTitan
• Collaborating with Contact Center, Accounting, and Marketing to support member initiatives Who Thrives in This Role
