Catalyst Point is growing our Charlotte team and is looking for motivated individuals ready to build a career in sales. As an Entry Level AT &T; Business Sales Representative, you'll work directly with local businesses to introduce AT&T;'s wireless and internet solutions while developing valuable communication and leadership skills. No previous telecommunications or sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement for individuals who are eager to learn and grow.

What You'll Do

• Meet with local business owners to introduce AT&T; wireless and internet services
• Learn each customer's needs and recommend solutions that support their business
• Build professional relationships through exceptional customer service
• Educate customers on current products, promotions, and available service options
• Work closely with experienced leaders in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Participate in ongoing sales and leadership development programs What We're Looking For

• Coachable and comfortable working toward performance goals
• Experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, athletics, or sales is a plus but not required
