Job description Cellone's Bakery, established in Pittsburgh in 1911, is a commercial producer of a wide variety of bread and bread products. We are currently seeking individuals who desire a full time delivery position as a route sales driver. This position is aimed at maximizing sales to our current and potential customers within an assigned territory. Regular work days are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday with starting times earlier in the morning from 1:30am - 4:30am. The ideal candidate can expect to earn commissions as high as 12% plus a weekly base pay of $120.00. Since this is a union position, new hires can expect a generous benefit package consisting of company paid medical, dental, vision, short term disability insurance along with a pension. Candidates with the following skills are strongly encouraged to apply: A clean driving record The ability to work independently to set priorities and complete daily duties Capability of establishing relationships with current customers and develop potential customers Ability to perform basic math skills to reconcile daily receipts Collect payments for COD accounts Place future orders Communicate problems/issues to direct supervisor Maintain organization and cleanliness of vehicle Maintain professional appearance For the hard-working individual, this is a lucrative position with a stable and growing local company. The physical requirements for this position consist of the ability to consistently lift 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
