Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients. Your ability to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions will be key to your success. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a proven track record in retail or business development. This position is commission based but you will receive training pay for up to 3 months to get started. Extensive training will be provided.

Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
• Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential clients and expand the customer base.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize territory management skills to effectively cover assigned areas and maximize sales opportunities.
• Implement upselling techniques to increase sales volume during customer interactions.
• Negotiate terms of sale with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using software tools. Skills
