Pay: $20/hour guaranteed starting base PLUS uncapped commission on sales, warranty plans, and more. Your base rate rises as you hit sales milestones, and commission means your paycheck grows with every sale you close. If you can sell, you will make real money here. • Greet and assist walk-in customers in both English and Spanish
• Answer questions about products, pricing, and availability
• Help customers make confident purchase decisions and close the sale
• Provide a positive, professional in-store experience that earns repeat business
• Build lasting customer relationships, including with contractors and business accounts who buy big and buy often Additional

Responsibilities

(When Needed):

• Move, stage, clean, or build furniture for display or pickup
• Answer customer phone calls when needed
• Assist with receiving shipments and light warehouse tasks
• Help keep the sales floor and back-of-house organized
• Take basic product photos This is an active role. When customers aren't on the floor, you'll stay productive helping with store operations. Who We're Looking For:
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (required, no exceptions)
• Hungry, driven, and motivated to earn. You want your work to show in your paycheck
• Great with people. Customers and teammates should be glad you're there
• Quick learner who takes initiative
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
• Able to lift and move items up to 50 lbs when needed
• Sales, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. We'll train the right person Training & Growth No experience? No problem. We provide consistent training to build your sales skills, and since commission is tied to performance, the better you get, the more you earn. What we can't train is drive. Bring that, and we'll handle the rest. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $22.50 per hour
