The Position: We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team! This position offers a base salary of $55,000$65,000 , plus an attractive commission structure

Key Responsibilities

: Customer Engagement and Communication

• Conduct outbound calls to cross-sell customers, utilizing effective sales techniques and scripts.
• Identify and qualify sales leads, providing comprehensive information to potential customers.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce.
• Attend external meetings, networking events, and industry functions to attract new clients, uncover sales opportunities and open new accounts.
• Actively participate and attend in-person sales meetings held at the main office and various branch locations, providing insights and feedback to enhance sales strategies and drive performance.
• Ensure timely and effective handover of qualified leads to Sales Executives for further development and closure.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an inside sales or telemarketing role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• High level of professionalism and integrity. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
