Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients through outside and inside sales efforts, understanding their remodeling needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct detailed consultations to assess project scope, preferences, and budgets, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of client goals.
• Negotiate project terms, pricing, and scope with clients to close deals effectively while maximizing upselling opportunities on premium products and services.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to coordinate remodeling projects, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through ongoing communication, follow-up, and exceptional service that encourages repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales or interior design within the remodeling or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of renovation processes, construction practices, lighting design, and fixture sales.
• Excellent negotiation skills combined with a confident deal-closing approach that emphasizes customer satisfaction.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and clearly articulate technical concepts.
• Organizational skills that enable managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Previous experience in high-end sales or luxury retail environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and merchandising techniques to attract new clients and promote services effectively.
