Full description of the position

You will be responsible for preparing estimates for customers via phone, Email, or in person. This position also requires managing the production process, ensuring quality control, and maintaining efficient workflow in our fast-paced environment. You will work with a small team of skilled professionals and work closely with clients to ensure their vision is brought to life. This role requires strong leadership skills, proficient typing, strong computer knowledge, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Leading the morning team meeting, ensuring the orders are being moved through our queue system and processes.
• Follow quality control standards to ensure all products meet company and client expectations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on design, materials, and production techniques.
• Manage production schedules and workflow to meet deadlines and optimize resources efficiency.
• Maintain inventory needs and order materials and supplies as needed.
• Resolve any issues or client concerns promptly and effectively.
• Meet clients onsite to determine signage needs and measure for projects.
• Communicate with clients throughout the process from estimate to completion.

Qualifications

:

• Proficient computer and communication skills. Prefer 45 wpm or more.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
• High school diploma required and background in signage or graphic design is a plus. Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
