Route Sales Service Representative CDL Driver:

• CDL A or B
• Airbrakes, Hazmat Endorsement , Med Card Equipment to perform this role:
• Driving 26-foot Box Truck with a Lift-gate
• Drum Dolly/Barrel Hand dolly- they might refer to them by either name.
• 55-gallon weighs 80 pounds empty Career history and previous roles
• Hiring Manager is looking for someone who has solid work history.
• Candidates that do well would have had the following roles:
• Environmental
• Water delivery
• Corporate Food Delivery
• People with Route Service Experience Helpful skills to have for the role
• Any type of sales or product referrals/ Upselling
• Salary plus Commission based work Pay is based on holding a CDL A/B
• CDL Holders - $2,000 Sign on Bonus paid up front
• $1,100 -1,900 week pay guarantee for the first 26 weeks, once 26 weeks, is up you receive a weekly base + commission so typically our first-year reps make between 55-70k/year. We are looking for career minded drivers as a CDL B - Route Sales and Service Driver, you will be responsible for servicing environmental clients providing exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Your core skills in driving, communication, and collaboration with the team will be essential in maintaining strong customer relationships. Additionally, your ability to perform heavy lifting and stay organized will contribute to efficient operations.
