Title: Sales Consultant (Commission Only) Charlotte, NC Not a lead-chasing sales job. A growing high-end outdoor living company in Charlotte needs a trusted advisor to guide homeowners from first conversation to signed agreement and this one comes with real lead flow, not a cold-start commission grind. Pay: 100% commission 7% on company-provided leads, 9% on self-generated. Uncapped, with a realistic six-figure ceiling. Here's why the lead flow matters: you're not starting from zero. The company generates warm leads through its own marketing (targeting 2-6 new appointments a week), plus you'll be set up in a BNI networking group and backed by neighborhood-level marketing in the areas they're actively building on top of whatever you generate yourself through referrals and relationships. What you'd own: initial consultations and discovery, guiding clients through a design-first process (not a quick estimate), presenting Planning Agreements and proposals with one confident recommendation, and keeping the CRM and pipeline accurate. You become the face of the company through the whole client journey not just the person who closes the deal. You're a fit if: you come from luxury home sales, kitchen & bath, remodeling, outdoor living, landscape design, architecture, custom home building, or high-end residential sales. Years of experience matters less than this: you build trust fast, you ask good questions, and you actually enjoy helping people make a big decision instead of pushing them into one. Full-time, in-person, Charlotte-based split between client homes, the design studio, and consultations. Personal vehicle required (mileage reimbursed). Direct mentorship from ownership, real growth path as the company scales. Pay: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
