Nationally ranked State Farm Insurance and Financial Services agency is seeking an Agency Sales Representative to be part of our great team! If you are interested in working in an educational, competitive, and financially rewarding environment then our State Farm agency is the place for you. We offer a competitive base pay and bonus plan, with many opportunities for promotion within the organization. This position requires no weekends, or overtime. We love to develop our people from the ground up, no experience or existing licensing is necessary. Newly hired associate(s) will benefit from existing sales pipelines, proven processes, and one-on-one training. Most of your day to day will consist of phone interactions with customers and prospects.

Compensation

: $45k up to No Max (our top associates make over $100k). We also offer quarterly/annual promotions which include cash, or other incentives. We appreciate experience, but we also love to develop from the ground up so no experience necessary. Many advancement opportunities within the agency or State Farm corporate. If you desire to own your own insurance business one day (not required) you can engage in the State Farm Agent Aspirant Program, and you will learn how to own and operate your own insurance agency.
