Duties

• Engage with prospective clients through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new sales opportunities and expand the sales pipeline
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of automotive inventory, financing options, and aftermarket services to effectively upsell and close deals
• Build strong customer relationships by understanding individual needs, providing tailored vehicle recommendations, and ensuring a seamless buying experience
• Negotiate terms of sale including pricing, trade-in values, financing options, and additional services to maximize deal closing success
• Manage inventory control and support marketing initiatives to attract high-end clientele and increase dealership visibility
• Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track client interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain organized records of sales activities
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards Experience
• Proven experience in automotive industry sales or retail sales with a focus on passenger cars or high-end vehicles
• Strong background in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or dealership environments preferred
• Demonstrated success in closing deals through effective negotiation and persuasive communication skills
• Experience with automotive financing options and upselling techniques to enhance revenue opportunities
• Skilled in using CRM software for client management and sales tracking; familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills combined with retail math proficiency to accurately calculate figures and manage multiple clients simultaneously
• Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly desirable to connect with diverse customer bases
