• Process sales transactions accurately using retail math skills, including cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues promptly, and guiding customers through product features or financial options.
• Maintain knowledge of store inventory, promotional offers, and financial software to facilitate smooth sales operations.
• Uphold store policies on security and safety while ensuring a clean, organized shopping environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for helping others is essential.
• Basic math skills including retail math, cash handling, and 10 key typing proficiency are necessary for accurate transactions.
• Strong communication skills to effectively assist customers and collaborate with team members.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks efficiently, and handle cash accurately.
• Knowledge of retail software systems or point-of-sale (POS) technology is advantageous.
• A positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
