Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in and phone customers
• Recommend wireless phones, data plans, and accessories
• Meet monthly sales and service targets
• Handle phone activations, billing questions, and technical issues
• Promote current wireless deals and promotions
• Contribute to a collaborative retail sales team

Qualifications

• Spanish and English fluency required
• Retail sales or customer support experience preferred
